We work on roofs in Shelby County. We answer our own phones. We do what we say.
Elevated Roofing has been working in Memphis long enough to know what the spring storms do, what the summer heat does, and what shortcuts cost five years later. We started here. We still work here. The radius hasn't grown past Shelby County — and we like it that way.
Most of our work is asphalt shingle replacement and storm repair. We've gotten very good at both, partly because Memphis weather hands us a lot of practice. We've also gotten good at the parts of the job people don't usually think about — insurance claims, magnetic nail sweeps, and the difference between a roof that needs replacing and one that just needs a careful repair.
Why we answer every call ourselves: because that's what the people who reviewed us said mattered. They didn't get passed around. They got a person who showed up, climbed the roof, and explained what was actually going on. We don't see a reason to change that.
